On March 30, 2016, Hamanako Boat Race Stadium reopened Winpia, an outside race betting ticket sales area, after extensive renovations.
Winpia is the first in the Tokai region to offer sales of betting tickets for up to 96 races at 8 locations, and to be open 350 days a year.
There is an exclusive entrance on the west side of the South Stand, and we have installed 18 paid seats, each with its own private monitor. It's the most comfortable spot from which to watch the boat races.

	18 seats / 1,500 yen per seat (500 yen after 5 p.m.)
